This photograph is of Robert Washington Wakefield and Nancy Jane (Le Clerc) Wakefield's headstone. Robert was the son of James Wakefield and Elizabeth Ann Jones and Nancy Jane (Le Clerc) Wakefield was the daughter of Lewis Peter Le Clerc and Sarah Jones. Robert was born on October 6, 1827 in Ohio and died on January 4, 1910. Nancy was born on May 21, 1829 in Switzerland County, IN and died on August 19, 1906. Robert and Nancy are buried in Lick Branch Cemetery (near Wakefield, IN).
